Apostille & Authentication Services
Service Description
When documents need to be used outside of the United States—whether for business, legal, educational, or personal matters—they often require an apostille or authentication to be legally recognized abroad. As notaries, our role is the first step in this process. We properly notarize your documents to verify the authenticity of the signatures and the identity of the signer. Once notarized, the documents can then be submitted to the appropriate state or federal agency for an apostille (for countries in The Hague Convention) or authentication (for countries outside The Hague Convention). This process ensures your documents —such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, powers of attorney, academic records, or business contracts—are accepted internationally.
